Chicken Shawarma (Maple Leafs) Style

Shawarma
  • INGREDIENTS:
  • Boneless, skinless chicken, cut into thin slices, seasoned with (orange juice, lemon juice, vinegar, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, shawarma spices, a little yogurt)
  • Leave for half an hour to 8 hours in the refrigerator
  • A generous amount of olive oil and butter
  • Liquid caldo sauce from Maple Leaves
  • Saj bread
  • Pickled cucumber
  • Potato sticks
  • Garlic sauce
  • METHOD:

Heat the oil and butter, then add the chicken mixture with the seasoning and leave on high heat until the chicken dries and turns brown.

Spread the saj bread and spread it with garlic and Caldo sauce, then add the chicken, potatoes and pickles. Fold and fry on the saj and serve.
