Oat Soup

Soup
  • INGREDIENTS:
  • Finely chopped onion
  • Finely chopped tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Meat water
  • A teaspoon of each (salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, mixed spices, black pepper)
  • A tablespoon of Sweet Pepper Paste from (Maple Leafs)
  • Oats
  • A small amount of vermicelli
  • Whole green pepper
  • Whole black lemon, not crushed
  • METHOD:

Heat the oil and add the onions until they turn brown, then add the Sweet Pepper Paste, tomatoes, and spices, and let them marinate well. You can grind them finely as desired. Add the meat water, and when it boils, add the oats, vermicelli, black lemon, and green pepper, and leave it on low heat for 45 minutes, while stirring.

Then serve hot.
